TV Distribution

In March 2021, SI TV Model Search, LLC (the “Company”) signed an exclusive TV distribution agreement with High Octane Pictures. High Octane Pictures will represent and sell Swimsuit TV – Beyond the Sash, to television buyers and other media platforms, throughout the world. Based in Los Angeles, High Octane Pictures is a speciality film and docu-series TV distributor that has brokered deals in over 80 countries around the world. The Company anticipates that Swimsuit TV – Beyond the Sash will be sold to television buyers this summer or in the fall of 2021 and Season 1 will air in late 2021 or early 2022. The Company anticipates that Season 1 will be sold to TV buyers in the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Poland, UK, Russia, China, Japan, South Africa, Mexico and certain other Latin American countries. In addition, the Company would anticipate that Season 1 would appear on the following platforms: Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, Sony Play Station, Microsoft Xbox, Fandango,Vudu, FlixFling, Vubiquity, Apple TV, Hulu and Tubi. Over the course of a 12 month period, the Company anticipates the “collective” viewership of Season 1 to be at least 5 to 10 million total aggregate viewers worldwide.
